10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses, including lost wages or missed offers.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misrepresent your identity, attempt to defraud us or the platform, or behave abusively to our team. Any unresolved refund eligibility is dealt with under the Refund Policy.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Before pursuing court action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by email for at least 30 days.
